Frequently asked questions

Understanding how MindBridge Support works is essential to getting the most from the program. Here we address common questions and set clear, professional expectations to help you get started.

Is this the same as therapy?

No. MindBridge Support is not therapy and does not replace therapy. It is a structured weekday support program focused on helping clients apply skills they are already learning in therapy.

Can I message more than once per day?

Clients may send messages as needed, but will receive one voice response per weekday, up to 15 minutes. This structure helps reinforce independence and skill use rather than ongoing conversation.

Do I need to already be in therapy to participate?

No. This program works best for clients who are already engaged in therapy and have skills they are actively working to apply between sessions but can be used even if they are not in therapy.

How much time will this take each day?

Most clients spend 5–10 minutes per weekday sending a brief message or reflection. There is no required daily participation.

Is this program secure and confidential?

Yes. All communication takes place through a HIPAA-compliant platform designed to protect client privacy.

What's the biggest worry or misunderstanding you've heard from people considering your program?

MindBridge Support is not therapy by voice and does not replace therapy sessions. It provides structured, skill-based guidance to help clients use the tools they already have during the moments they’re hardest to apply—between sessions. Clear limits and predictable structure are intentionally designed to build confidence and independence, not constant reliance.
